Privacy policy

1. Who we are
Probamo (“we”, “us”) provides manual quality assurance testing services. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit our website or engage our services.
Contact: sara@probamo.com
2. Data we collect
- Contact and inquiry data — name, email, company, and message content when you email us or request a quote.
- Project data — URLs, credentials (if provided for testing), test accounts, documentation, and bug reports created during QA engagements.
- Technical data — basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) if our hosting provider records them for security and performance.
3. How we use data
We use personal data to:
- Respond to inquiries and deliver QA services you purchase;
- Prepare test reports and communicate findings;
- Invoice and fulfil contractual obligations;
- Improve our website and protect against abuse.
Legal bases (GDPR): contract performance, legitimate interests (running our business and securing our site), and consent where required (e.g. optional marketing — if offered later).
4. Sharing and processors
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with subprocessors that help us operate (e.g. email, hosting, invoicing) under data processing agreements where required. We may disclose data if required by law.
5. Retention
Inquiry emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable business records. Project materials and reports are retained per our agreement with you and applicable legal requirements, then deleted or anonymised.
6. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; please use test credentials and non-production environments where possible when sharing access for QA.
7. Your rights
If you are in the EEA/UK, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, and port your data, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Contact us at sara@probamo.com to exercise these rights.
8. Cookies
This static site does not use analytics or advertising cookies by default. If we add analytics or embedded content later, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for consent.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
